As a former NCAA Division I athlete, Tracey Eaton was used to having the greatest coaches in the world guiding him to victory on the field.
But who was there for him off the field to guide him to victory in his daily life? He had no one but himself for many years. He was adrift in a sea of uncertainty. He knew how to succeed as a football player, but he needed help succeeding as a husband, as a father, as a leader, and as a man in general.
Fortunately, it wasn’t too long after he left the NFL and began pursuing other ventures that he came upon a group of likeminded entrepreneurs who all seemed to have their lives together in a way that Tracey wanted to emulate. He knew that if he associated himself with these people, he’d once again be in the company of some of the greatest coaches in the world. This time, those coaches would be more concerned with who he was as a person than with what he could do on the football field.
He turned out to be right about these new friends and colleagues. Their success and life coaching inspired and propelled Tracey forward in ways he never imagined. With that new trajectory, he was able to become financially free and spend all of his free time with his family.
Now that he’s more established than he was when he was first starting out with his business, he feels that it’s his duty to give back to and coach others the way he was coached. It’s not only a duty for him, though. It’s something he genuinely enjoys doing, and he does it well.
When he’s not spending time with his family or traveling the world, Tracey dedicates the vast majority of his free time to helping others realize and achieve their dreams. He’s so thankful that he had such positive life coaches when he was coming up, and he’s happy that he’s been given the opportunity to be that person for someone else. He now gets to be one of the greatest coaches in the world.
